Tex Chapman( Center )is the head band director of the Brandon Band Program and leads the Brandon High School Band. He is in his fourth year at this position. He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in music from Louisiana State University, a Bachelors of Music Education and a Masters of Music Degree from the University of Southern Mississippi. He is a very active private lessons teacher and professional Brass player throughout the state of Mississippi. He has served as president of the Capitol District Band Directors Association.

 
Michelle Greene,( Right )assistant band director, is in her fifth year with the Brandon Band Program. She assists with the middle school and high school bands and teaches 8th grade band students. She is a graduate of Mississippi State University where she played the bass clarinet and saxophone.

 
Nicole Allen, ( Left )assistant band director, is in her third year with the Brandon Band Program. She assists with the middle and high school bands and teaches 7th grade band students. She also leads the color and winter guard programs. She is a graduate of the University of Mississippi where she played the trumpet.
