Mr. Casey Kirk is currently in his second year as the Director of Bands at Brandon High School. Mr. Kirk previously taught band in Byram and Roanoke, VA. He has served as an instructor of music at Belhaven College and Hinds Community College. He has served as a percussion instructor/tenor technician at the Memphis Sound Drum and Bugle Corps and is a percussionist for the 41st Army Band. He is a graduate of Mississippi College and The University of Southern Mississippi.

 

Mrs. Michelle Green, Assistant Band Director, is currently in her seventh year with the Brandon Band Program. She assists with the Middle School and High School Bands and teaches 8th grade band students. Mrs. Green previously taught band in Starkville, Columbus, and West Point, MS. She is a graduate of Mississippi State University.

 

Mr. Tim Cagle, Assistant Band Director, is in his first year with the Brandon Band Program.  He assists with the Middle School and High School Bands and teaches 7th grade band students.  He has been teaching for fourteen years. He comes to us from Vicksburg High School where he taught for the last four years. Previously, Mr. Cagle taught at Wayne County High School and Kaufer High School in South Texas. Mr. Cagle attended Jones County Junior College before graduating from Delta State University.
